What LOCH Solves
Invisible Threats. Visible Protection
The federal threat landscape has fundamentally changed. With over 80% of devices now wirelessly connected, wireless is the new network and the new attack surface. 5G, IoT, Bluetooth, GPS, and broad-spectrum RF technologies have created a massive security blind spot that traditional perimeter defenses cannot see, let alone stop. At the same time, low-cost autonomous and tethered drones now dominate the modern battlefield and critical infrastructure threat environment, and adversarial AI attacks are actively targeting the machine learning algorithms that power federal command and control systems.
LOCH Technologies is a global leader in next-generation wireless threat monitoring, counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS), and resilient AI/ML security. LOCH's platforms cover three distinct but converging federal threat domains: wireless and RF airspace defense across 100MHz to 6GHz; physical airspace defense against Group 1 and Group 2 drone threats; and AI/ML algorithm protection for mission-critical defense systems.
Unlike commercial cybersecurity products that monitor wired networks and conventional endpoints, LOCH was built from the ground up to detect, track, and neutralize the threats that existing security tools cannot see, rogue cellular towers, IoT backdoors, GPS jamming and spoofing, silent tethered drones, and adversarial attacks on the AI systems guiding autonomous platforms.
LOCH's Full Product Suite
AirGuard — Wireless SOCaaS (Detection)
A fully managed 24x7 wireless security operations service that actively hunts and remediates cyber threats across IoT, cellular, and broad-spectrum RF environments on behalf of the customer's security team. AirGuard provides continuous cellular IoT visibility with DVR-capabilities, 24x7 monitoring with priority alert handling, and wireless experts functioning as an extension of the agency's own networking and security personnel. Backed by a $1M per incident cyber insurance policy.
AirShield — RF Sensor Platform (Detection)
A Software Defined Radio-based sensor that passively monitors the full RF spectrum from 300MHz to 6GHz, providing enterprise-wide visibility into IoT, IoMT, and OT device threats. AirShield provides the sensor foundation for AirGuard SOCaaS deployments and enables air-gapped deployments in classified and sensitive compartmented environments.
GPS Canary — Airport GPS Protection (Detection)
A cloud-connected monitoring solution that protects airport and aviation operations by continuously tracking GPS signal health and alerting on jamming, spoofing, and signal anomalies in real time. GPS Canary addresses the growing threat to ATC servers, ticketing, baggage handling, and security systems that depend on GPS time synchronization.
SkyShield C-UAS Dome / Fixed — Fixed-Site Counter-Drone (Detection & Mitigation)
A fixed-site counter-drone system providing up to 6-mile detection range with 360-degree airspace coverage and selective RF jamming capable of defeating 100% of tested drone types, including swarm configurations. Designed for perimeter defense of federal facilities, military installations, and critical infrastructure.
SkyShield Mobile — Wearable Counter-Drone (Detection)
A wearable, fully passive RF drone detection system with automatic direction finding covering 400+ drone models. Detects up to 30 simultaneous drone targets within a 3KM radius without emitting any detectable RF signature itself. Designed for dismounted operations, protective details, and forward-deployed personnel.
SkyShield SENTRY — Autonomous Counter-UAS for Silent Threats (Interception)
An autonomous C-UAS system purpose-built to detect and defeat the threat that conventional counter-drone systems cannot address: silent, tethered, and low-altitude Group 1 drones that produce little or no RF signal. Where RF direction finders, radar, and EO/IR sensors fail, SkyShield SENTRY uses early acoustic detection, automated tracking, and controlled kinetic interception.
rMLS — Resilient Machine Learning Systems (Mitigation)
A cybersecurity framework using Moving Target Defense (MTD) to dynamically protect AI/ML algorithms from adversarial attacks in mission-critical environments including DoD command and control, autonomous systems, and unmanned platforms. rMLS dynamically changes machine learning models in real time, creates unpredictable environments for adversaries, and provides self-healing capabilities that ensure continued operation even under active attack. AFRL-funded with $1.8M in direct Phase II investment.
Why Federal Chooses LOCH
Single Pane of Glass Across the Entire Wireless Spectrum
LOCH's platform provides unified threat visibility from 100MHz to 6GHz, covering cellular CBRS, IoT, Bluetooth, GPS L1/L2, Wi-Fi 6E, and 5G in a single operational view. Federal agencies with complex multi-domain wireless environments no longer manage these as separate security problems requiring separate tools.
Early Warning Before Threats Reach the Wired Network
LOCH's architecture detects wireless threats at the RF layer before they penetrate the network perimeter. Rogue access points, malicious SMS attacks, fake cell towers, IMSI catchers, and off-network IoT devices are identified and flagged before they can establish data exfiltration pathways. The average time to identify a malicious breach industry-wide is 315 days; LOCH's continuous wireless monitoring is designed to close that gap at the point of initial RF contact.
Zero-Trust for the Wireless Environment
LOCH enforces Zero-Trust policies and "No Phone" zones across the wireless spectrum, a capability standard network security tools cannot provide. External attack surface vulnerability management identifies open ports, services, and applications before they can be exploited.
Air-Gapped and On-Premise Deployable
All LOCH platforms can be deployed in air-gapped environments, on-premise or via cloud, accommodating the most stringent federal classified and sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) requirements.
Proven Federal Research Pedigree
LOCH holds 8 wireless security patents and has earned over $15M in competitive federal cybersecurity research contracts across AFRL, Army, Navy, and intelligence community programs. This is not commercial technology adapted for government, LOCH's products were developed through federal research investment specifically for defense and intelligence community requirements.
Counter-Drone Capability Spanning Detection Through Kinetic Defeat
LOCH's SkyShield product family covers the full C-UAS kill chain: passive RF detection via SkyShield Mobile, fixed-site detection and RF jamming via SkyShield Dome, and autonomous kinetic interception of RF-silent drones via SkyShield SENTRY. Federal facilities, forward operating bases, and protective operations can be served with one integrated partner relationship.

Gravann brings this full capability portfolio to federal implementations, with the federal acquisition expertise, technical integration depth, and security clearance posture to deploy it where it's needed most.
Curation Philosophy
Why These Three Platforms?
Gravann's partnership strategy is deliberately narrow. We don't work with every federal technology vendor. We align exclusively with purpose-built platforms that meet these strict criteria:
01
Federal-First Architecture
These platforms were designed specifically for federal requirements, not commercial products retrofitted with government features. Every architectural decision reflects federal mission needs.
02
Proven at Federal Scale
Deployed across hundreds of jurisdictions and federal agencies. Battle-tested, audited, and continuously refined by the agencies that depend on them daily.
03
Implementation-Intensive
Configuration, workflow design, data migration, training, and optimization are complex. Gravann's value isn't reselling; it's implementing these platforms excellently.
04
Mission-Critical Reliability
These solutions handle core federal law enforcement, investigation, and emergency response operations. Downtime isn't acceptable. Failure isn't an option. Security isn't optional.
